Shipping

We offer just a couple of shipping options, Royal Mail 1st Class tracked, and Courier tracked.

We try to keep the prices of shipping as low as we can, and as a result give you the choice at the check out to which you prefer.

Please note the following:-

We try our best to get all orders out as quick as possible, however things sometimes do go wrong
We do hope that when we send out your goods that where possible you get them the following day (UK only), however we can not guarantee this as we rely on the delivery people.
The cut off of getting courier shipped products is by 11.00. We can to get them booked in for collection the same day but will probably be the following day.
International shipping costs calculated at checkout. The rates quoted here are for standard mainland UK zones only.
Sometimes orders may be upgraded to courier if they are too large or valuable for our Royal Mail service. This process is seamless and you will not be required to pay any additional charges.

Click & Collect

To make things easy we offer Click & Collect. Simply place your order online and wait for the email to say your order is ready to be collected, yes it is that simple.

Returns

Faulty items will be replaced, unless a prior agreement has been made. All items will be tested before a descision is made.

Anything returned that is non-faulty will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, and exclude shipping costs.
